I will be sending out the registration forms in a couple weeks. Here is a basic schedule of the conference:
Friday Night:
- 6:30 registration begins
- 7:00 games/activities
- 8:00 prayer/music
- 8:15 preaching
- 9:00 closing announcements/dinner
Saturday:
- 8am breakfast
- 9:00 games
- 9:45 Q&A
- 10:15 prayer/music
- 10:30 preaching
- 11:30 instructions/head for park
- 1pm lunch (bbq) (Deas Island)
- 2pm volleyball tournament
- 5pm clean up/leave
Cost is as follows:
Both: Fri only: Sat only:
Teen: $30 $10 $20
Leader: $15 $5 $10
*Full-time pastors are free
Dress Code:
- On Friday Night, we are trying to keep it more on the formal side. Guys are encouraged to wear a dress shirt and tie. Ladies, nice dress and top.
- On Saturday, the morning session time is nice-casual; guys can wear khaki/polo style, and the ladies denim skirt.
- For the volleyball tournament, guys and girls can wear knee length, loose fitting shorts. Guys can also wear loose fitting athletic sweatpants. I know it is getting more and more difficult to find shorts that actually go to the knee and beyond (for men and women), but we do ask that you try to encourage your group to do their best with this. We also ask that you encourage longer t-shirts to be worn when playing volleyball.
- Once again, feel free to wear matching shirts for your youth group teams.
Volleyball:

Each team must have between 5-8 players (5 players on the court at a time). Leaders will only be allowed to play if a team is short players, but they are certainly encouraged to coach and cheer on their team(s). A church group can register more than 1 team.
- **Special note, we will be having a leaders volleyball tournament as well! The winner will face the winning teenager team (just for fun). Any leader that wants to play will be picked at random and placed on a team.
- The winning teen team will receive a $100 gift card for their church!
